Kimbela is a digital platform owned by Tutaf International Limited and operated under the brand name Kimbela Hub. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement.

Kimbela reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

• Keep login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Platform Purpose

Kimbela helps individuals aged 31+ build meaningful friendships, connections, and communities. The platform may also provide matchmaking tools intended to help users discover compatible individuals for friendship or companionship.

Kimbela does not guarantee successful matches, friendships, relationships, or outcomes. Compatibility depends on factors beyond Kimbela’s control.

4. User Conduct

• Do not harass, intimidate, or abuse other users.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or share false information.
• Do not use the platform for illegal activities.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts.

5. User Content

Users may post or share profile information, photos, messages, comments, and marketplace listings. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Kimbela a limited license to display it for platform operation.

Users are solely responsible for their content. Kimbela does not pre-screen all content and is not liable for user-generated content.

6. Safety and User Interactions

Kimbela provides tools for interactions but does not verify the identity or intentions of users. Users are responsible for their interactions and any meetings or interactions outside the platform.

7. Paid Features, Advertising, and Promotions

• Marketplace subscriptions
• Sponsored posts and banner advertisements
• Promoted listings and profile visibility boosts
• Paid matchmaking or connection features

Payment for promotion does not guarantee engagement or results. Sponsored content is not an endorsement by Kimbela.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once activated. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle refunds for the current billing period.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, fraud, or threats to user safety.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, software, and content are owned by Tutaf International Limited or its licensors.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kimbela is provided “as is” and “as available.” Users assume all risk for use, interactions, and outcomes.

12. Limitation of Personal Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, affiliates, representatives, and agents of Tutaf International Limited are not personally liable for claims arising from use of the platform.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tutaf International Limited and its affiliates from claims arising from their use of the platform.

14. Changes to These Terms

Kimbela may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes fall under Nigerian courts.

16. Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be resolved individually, not as part of a class or group action.

Use of Kimbela is also subject to Community Guidelines, Safety Tips, Acceptable Use Policy, Marketplace & Seller Terms, Refund & Billing Policy, Cookie Policy, Dispute & Reporting Process, Disclaimer, and other policies published on the website.
